Your agreement is with the roofer. Any inspection, estimate, contract, warranty, payment or repair is strictly between you and the roofer you choose to hire. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the roofer's work, pricing, schedule, conduct or insurance. You are free to turn down any estimate.

Information on the site. Articles, cost ranges, tools and storm notes are general information, offered as is. Cost figures are published statewide averages, and the calculator and repair-or-replace quiz give planning guidance only. Nothing here is legal, insurance, engineering or financial advice.

Using the site. Please submit only accurate information about a property you own or are authorized to act for. Don't misuse the forms, copy the site's content for commercial use or try to interfere with how it works.

Limits of liability. To the extent the law allows, the site and its owner are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from relying on its information or from any work a roofer performs.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by posting a new version here.
